Consulting/Working Partners

Data Perceptions fulfills project requirements by contracting with highly skilled consultants and professional service providers. Consulting/working partners contribute a wide range of skill-sets as sub-contractors to Data Perceptions. Our staffs also sub-contract to our consulting/working partners to fulfill requirements within their projects.

This reciprocal relationship allows us to market and sell each others’ services to provide synergistic value to the customer. Project specific, collaborative teams working in conjunction with customer’s staff, successfully accomplish project goals.

Consulting/Working partners typically have 15 to 40 percent overlap with Data Perceptions in skills and knowledge, and offer identifiable areas of synergy that are beneficial to our respective clients.

Referral Partners

Most of our new business comes to us by referral, primarily because of the trusted advisor role that we fulfill. Our referral partners are well known, reputable organizations that provide services that are complementary to Data Perceptions’ service offering.

From technical services, like independent software vendors, to business services, like human resources or financial consultants; our referral partners frequently refer our services and we strive to provide reciprocal referrals to these trusted partners to provide increased value to both customers and partners.

There are a number of vertical business sectors in which we have significant experience and expertise; including Healthcare, Manufacturing and Hi-Tech. As such, we look for partners that have similar target customers and demonstrate a 15 to 40 percent overlap in skills with Data Perceptions. Our combined industry knowledge offers greater value to our respective customers. Sector Partner relationships are similar to our Referral Partner and Consulting/Working Partner relationships, with greater emphasis on collaboration during the sales and marketing cycles.

Because Data Perceptions does not sell hardware or software, we maintain strong relationships with a wide variety of hardware and software vendors through their value added resellers (VARs), and their consultant liaison and partner programs. These relationships allow us to better understand the value and fit of various solutions. We also tap into educational and professional development opportunities, through these relationships, that allow us to offer knowledgeable support to our clients’ in their selection process, without the distraction of financial bias.

In addition, we draw on vendor professional services as (often) the most timely and cost effective method of providing specific installation, customization, or troubleshooting services for project delivery.
