With an extensive background in IT strategy, operational governance, project management; and experience with a wide variety of networks, systems, application architecture and development, and network security, Eric is a key contributor to the Data Perceptions team and an asset to our clients. Eric also offers specific industry expertise in the Healthcare, Manufacturing, Hi Tech and Software Development industries.
On a more personal note, Eric is a professional geological engineer. He also happens to be a family man with four children that he loves to take camping. When he can fit a game into his schedule, Eric's passion for squash keeps him active and allows him to exercise the competitive side of his personality.

Drawing on over a decade of information technology and IT consulting experience, Scott provides clients with a thorough analysis of current and future systems requirements, taking into account project costs and the financial implications of all recommended solutions. Scott then professionally manages project implementation to ensure timely, successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. In addition, when he is not wearing the hat of consultant/project manager, Scott focuses on strategic business development by expanding the breadth and depth of expertise within the partner community, and cultivating relationships in the local business community.
Scott is also a family man with two young girls. At this stage of his life, his ideal vacation consists of an extended camping trip with his wife and daughters - getting away from it all.

Neil Murray brings over a decade of IT experience to the team. His specific areas of expertise include client relations and customer service, project management, and network administration. Since joining Data Perceptions in 2000, Neil has helped many clients with the design, implementation and management of solutions including LAN/WAN infrastructures, network security, disaster recovery plans, remote connectivity, and technical processes.
Neil likes to keep busy. When he is not acting in local amateur theatre productions, he could be attending a meeting of the Humane Society Volunteer Board of Directors. But then, he might just as likely be on a ski hill in the winter, or camping in the summer. He completes his busy life with a wife (Jennifer), and two children.

Shaun Webber VCP - Consultant

Shaun Webber brings over 15 years of enterprise level experience in various platforms such as Novell, Microsoft, and VMware. Shaun was one of the original VMware certified professionals in Canada and has been involved with production class VMware solutions for over 7 years now. Shaun has been working with fibre based SAN solutions for over 10 years and iSCSI based solutions for over 5 years. With his diverse background in networking platforms Shaun has adapted and excelled at delivering the most value possible from implementing VMware into a wide variety of environments and applications. Shaun has participated or project managed VMware projects for some of the largest environments in Canada including two major banks.

Rita, who joined Data Perceptions in 2004, is the newest addition to the DP team. With over fifteen years of bookkeeping experience she is responsible for many invaluable support functions including maintaining accounts receivable and managing associates scheduling and billing.
Family is very important to Rita, and she enjoys the oportunity to work closely with Eric and Heather. After work, her best times include spending time with her neices, listening to her collection of music on her iPod while driving, and walking her dog along the trails at the Royal Botanical Gardens (especially in the Fall - her favorite time of the year).

Heather Sundin B.A. - Office Manager

Heather brings experience in communications and business management to the Data Perceptions team. She is responsible for our financial oversight and day-to-day operations and also takes an active role in human resources and corporate communications. Heather oversees the production of our newsletter and manages our marketing campaigns.
In addition to being the mother of Eric's four children and a very family oriented individual, Heather is also an accomplished musician. She plays the double bass (and a number of other instruments) in a variety of orchestras and classical ensembles. She shares Eric's love of camping and enjoys escaping the city madness for the quiet of the woods.
